At OkayMagic, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return conditions before submitting a return request.

Returns

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in its original condition and must not affect its ability to be resold. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, and included materials.

Any shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with the return will be the responsibility of the buyer.

To request a return, please contact us at sales@okaymagic.com before sending the item back. We will provide further return instructions after reviewing your request.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged during delivery, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us promptly at sales@okaymagic.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are missing their original packaging, accessories, or included materials may not be accepted for return.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and other related charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
